Working in a clinical environment to provide quality and efficient Occupational Health services to our patients and client companies. Responsibilities include: - Perform physical exams and assessments of patients including injury care - Perform DOT Physicals & necessary paperwork - Perform and order tests as needed based on physical findings - Define and document diagnosis - Determine fitness capabilities in relation to job duties - Refer patients to health care specialists - Suturing and other injury related procedures - Interpret x-ray & other diagnostic results - electronic form completion - charting Candidate must possess the following skills: - good medical judgement - excellent multi-tasker - ability to work & get along with others - responsible - good written & verbal communication skills - good organizational skills with a focus to detail - positive attitude - ability to follow orders - computer skills Experience & Education required: - graduate from and possess degree from accredited NP Program - current NYS license - current medical malpractice insurance policy
