Working in an office environment to provide quality and efficient Occupational Health services to our patients and client companies. Responsibilities include: - register patients in system - discharge patients - schedule appointments for all 3 clinics - answer phones and assist client companies & patients - billing, which does not include 3rd party private pay insurance - chart filing - obtain authorization from companies for patient services - develop & maintain relationships with client companies - next day chart preparation - assist in tasks other than those listed above when needed Candidate must possess the following skills: - excellent multi-tasker - responsible - good organizational skills with a focus to detail - good communication skills - ability to work & get along with others - positive attitude - ability to follow orders - computer skills - proficient use of phone, copier, fax & credit card system Experience & Education required: - high school diploma or some college - familiarity with medical terminology - occupational health experience
